Protect Yourself with the Flu Vaccine

Influenza, commonly known as the flu, is a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses. Getting vaccinated is the most effective way to protect yourself and your loved ones from the flu.

The flu vaccine is very safe. Some people may have mild side effects like arm soreness, a slight fever, or a mild headache. Severe allergic reactions are rare.
