When it's an emergency

For chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, sudden weakness, or loss of consciousness, don't wait for an appointment. Call 995 for an ambulance or go straight to your nearest A&E department.

Common questions

Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome at our clinics. Booking ahead simply means less waiting — you can reserve a slot online or over WhatsApp.
Will I get a medical certificate (MC)?
Yes. Where it is medically appropriate, your doctor will issue a medical certificate for your time away from work or school.
Do you dispense medication?
Most medications are dispensed on-site at the clinic, so you can start treatment straight away without a separate trip to the pharmacy.
Are subsidies available?
Yes — we accept CHAS, Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation subsidies for eligible patients, and support Healthier SG enrolment.
What should I bring?
Your NRIC or FIN, any CHAS or Pioneer/Merdeka card, and a list of any current medications or known allergies.
